AC7 Bus To JB

AC7 is a cross-border bus service via only Woodlands that departs from Yishun Bus Interchange in Singapore to JB CIQ First Link, where you’ll alight for immigration clearance.

So if you’re heading to JB CIQ Second Link via Tuas, don’t take this bus.

Likewise, if the departure point is too far for you, choose a Causeway Link, SBS, Transtar, or SJE bus that is nearer to you instead.

Unless you live near this bus interchange, AC7 bus to JB is not recommended because it has 28 STOPS before you reach JB CIQ First Link! The most stops for any cross-border bus!

After clearing immigration at the checkpoint, continue on to your desired destination.

If you’re planning to go to City Square JB, Komtar JB CC, just follow the directions and walk from JB CIQ First Link to JB Sentral, then to Komtar JB CC or City Square JB.

For anywhere else, you’ll have to walk to JB Sentral Bus Terminal and take a bus, Grab car, or local taxi to your next destination.

While it claims to arrive every 25-30 minutes, passengers have noted that AC7 can actually be less frequent. It’s advised to budget more time when planning your journey.

For a better bus transport option, I’d recommend the CW1 from Kranji MRT.

Few Things To Note:

  • Yishun Bus Interchange is situated indoors on Level 1 of the Yishun Integrated Transport Hub.
  • From Yishun MRT station, take Exit D to Basement 2 and follow the floor directions, not the overhead signboards, to Yishun Bus Interchange, Berth 8
  • AC7’s berth is situated at the far end from Yishun MRT station, requiring a minimum of 15 minutes of walking, which can be quite exhausting.
