SJE Bus To JB

There is only 1 Singapore-Johore Express (SJE) cross-border bus that travels from Singapore to Larkin Sentral, JB via Woodlands.

Departing from Queen Street Terminal in Singapore, you are welcome to take SJE if you’re near this bus terminal.

SJE stops at JB CIQ First Link for passengers to undergo immigration clearance. After which, you can reboard SJE straight to Larkin Sentral (if that is your intended destination).

While CWL also travels to Larkin Sentral, it is a connecting service for only Causeway Link buses.

To head to other parts of JB, you can use a Grab car or local taxi, or just walk to JB Sentral Bus Terminal and catch a bus.

But if you’re visiting City Square JB or Komtar JBCC, just follow the directions and walk from JB CIQ First Link to JB Sentral, then JB Sentral to either shopping mall.

SJE Bus Transport From Queen Street Bus Terminal To JB Route

Actually, SJE bus shares the same route as CW2. So which transport option is better?

Seats on SJE are more comfortable than CW2.

Regarding frequency, it’s difficult to tell since there aren’t any apps available to check the schedule for either SJE or CW bus.

But if you had to pick between these two buses, go for the CW2. Because at the Woodlands Checkpoint, you can proceed to your destination with any other CW bus.

Whereas with SJE, you would have to wait for SJE.
